I have been following this for almost a year and I can tell you this is not a joke!~ The FCC has aligned itself with the most radical left wing/Socialist/Marxist groups that have the ear of the chairman of the FCC, Julius Genachowski. (Do you also remember Mark Lloyd..the internet Czar?)
They have specifically targeted Glenn Beck, Rush Limbaugh, Sean Hannity and the Fox News Organization to try to silence any dissent. The left is waging war against Fox and will stop at nothing to silence them and talk radio. Take a look and see:
