US General: Muslim Brotherhood Inside White House And Now See What Eric Holder Wants To Do To Further Hamper Law Enforcement

(Tea Party) – A Washington political insider, retired US Air Force General Tom McInerney has confirmed that the Muslim Brotherhood has a major presence in the White House inner circle. In an interview with a Washington radio station, the for assistant vice chief of staff and commander in chief of U.S. Forces Europe has identified as least two Muslim Brotherhood players with direct Oval Office access.

The Muslim Brotherhood influence has been detailed in the book “Impeachable Offenses: The Case to Remove Barack Obama from Office” by New York Times bestselling authors Aaron Klein and Brenda J. Elliott.

In the book the authors document that Obama has aided the return to power of Islamic extremist groups in the Middle East and confirms that the administration may have exposed national security information through Huma Abedin, Hillary Clinton’s deputy chief of staff. Abedin’s family has very close personal ties with the Muslim Brotherhood that run deep.

The second White House figure with disturbing ties to the extremist group is Mohamed Elibiary who is a member of the Department of Homeland Security’s Advisory Council.

In an interview with a Washington radio station concerning a tell-all book by former Defense Secretary Robert Gates that strongly criticizes President Obama and Vice-President Biden for making decisions about national security that were politically motivated, McInerney applauded Gates for doing the nation a service for exposing the practice.

He noted that Gates should have made his concerns known earlier indicating, “We’ve got Muslim Brotherhood in the U.S. government today.”

When asked for their names by the radio talk-show host, McInerney stated, “I haven’t got their names exactly but there’s a list of them, at least 10 to 15 in the U.S. government.”

McInerney expressed strong concern  due to the extremist organization’s influence on our Homeland Security and the secretary of state’s office, where Abedin holds a key post.

“Her parents are Muslim Brotherhood.  And her intuitions are in that direction,” said McInerney. “There are a whole host of people in this government.”  He also cited Islam experts Frank Gaffney and Claire Lopez as those who would have details.

As president of the Center for Security Policy, Gaffney has created a publication called “The Muslim Brotherhood in the Obama Administration.” The publication was created to address the issue that was presented to Congress in July 2012 by Republican Reps. Michele Bachmann, Trent Franks, Louie Gohmert, Tom Rooney and Lynn Westmoreland.

It was those five lawmakers that requested the inspector generals at the Department of Homeland Security, Justice and State to investigate.

While both Democrats and Republicans rushed to defend Abedin, is was reported by news media WND that Abedin worked for an organization that was founded by her family and that planned to mobilize U.S. Muslim minorities in order to transform America into a Wahhabi-style Islamic state. This was according to a manifesto issued by the Saudi monarchy.

Further, Abedin was also a member of the Muslim Student Association where she was a member of the executive board. The association was identified in a 1991 document as a Muslim Brotherhood front group. That document was introduced into evidence during a trial for the Texas-based Holy Land Foundation during the terror-financing trial.

An internal memo is quoted as saying that the Muslim Brotherhood members “must understand that their work in America is a kind of grand jihad in eliminating and destroying the Western civilization from within and ‘sabotaging’ its miserable house by their hands and by the hands of the believers so that it is eliminated and Allah’s religion is made victorious over all other religions.”

Claire Lopez, a CSP senior fellow with The Gatestone Institute further wrote: “The careful insinuation of Muslim Brothers into positions from which they can exercise influence on U.S. policy began long before the attacks of 9/11, although their success has accelerated dramatically under the administration of President Barack Obama.”

She went on to say that the “massive Muslim Brotherhood organization network in the U.S., so patiently built up over the decades since that first Oval Office meeting in 1953 [with President Dwight D. Eisenhower], eventually gave it a prominence and (false) reputation of credibility that was unmatched by any other Islamic groups, moderate or otherwise.”

This “information dominance” only intensified during the George W. Bush administration and in the following years, reported Lopez.

“Not only did figures associated and identified with the Muslim Brotherhood achieve broad penetration at senior levels of U.S. policy making, but voices that warned of their true agenda (such as Stephen Coughlin’s) were actively excluded,” she said.

Lopez also identifies this information dominance as the key driver in the U.S policy toward the al-Qaida and Muslim Brotherhood led revolution or “Arab Spring” which she terms more accurately as “Islamic Awakening.”

“Under the Muslim Brotherhood-influenced Obama administration, U.S. policy has undergone such a drastic shift in the direction of outright support for these jihadist movements – from al-Qaida militias in Libya, to the Muslim Brotherhood in Egypt, and both al-Qaida and Muslim Brotherhood-linked rebels in Syria — that it is scarcely recognizable as American anymore.”

She continues: “The Middle East is coming apart with this administration’s policies. Look at Libya. We should never have gone into Libya. … We’ve got Muslim Brotherhood in the U.S. government.”
It was not by chance that the Director of National Intelligence James Clapper, “reading from prepared notes, absurdly describing the Muslim Brotherhood to the House Intelligence Committee last year as a ‘largely secular’ organization,” wrote WND columnist Diana West.

West adds: “Is it an accident that in June the State Department issued a visa to Hani Nour Eldin of Egypt to meet with senior White House officials? Eldin is a member of Gama’a al-Islamiyya, a terrorist organization once led by Omar Abdel Rahman, ‘the blind sheikh’ convicted of the first attack on the World Trade Center. In the person of Rahman’s successor, Refai Ahmed Taha, the group is one of the five signatories of Osama bin Laden’s February 1998 ‘World Islamic Front Statement Urging Jihad Against Jews and Crusaders.’ Isn’t it imperative to review the policy mechanism that permitted a member of bin Laden’s jihad front into the White House?”

It was also reported in the book “Impeachable Offenses” that the then-CIA director John Brennan, in a speech arranged by a Muslim Brotherhood-tied group, indicated that the Obama administration was calibrating policies in the fight against terrorism to ensure Americans are never “profiled.”  The group has extensive ties with other Brotherhood fronts as well as to the White House and national security agencies.

The session Brennan participated in was organized by the Islamic Society of North America (ISNA) whose members blasted Brennan with questions stating that the purpose of the meeting was to launch a “dialogue between government officials and Muslim American leaders to explore issues of national security.”

The group was founded in 1981 by the Saudi-funded Muslim Students Association, a group created by the Muslim Brotherhood. Both groups continue to work as partners. ISNA is recognized for promoting strict Saudi-style Islam in mosques throughout the U.S.

And the indictments of ISNA continue with terrorism expert Steven Emerson calling ISNA “a radical group hiding under a false veneer of moderation” and  Islam scholar Stephen Schwartz describing the group as “one of the chief conduits through which the radical Saudi form of Islam passes into the United States.”

This administration has aligned themselves with our enemies.  They have done everything they could to destabilize the Middle East while putting the Muslim Brotherhood and Al Qeada in charge. They have done everything they could to put Anti-Christian and Anti-Israel terrorists in charge in Libya, Egypt and are trying to do the same in Syria.

Thank God the Egyptians realized what was happening and overthrew the government Obama helped to put in charge!  American's need to do the same!

When are the majority of American's going to wake up to the fact that this administration's ultimate goal is to destroy our country?  Obama, along with all of the far left, hate this country, and are on a mission to take it down.  These acts are acts of treason and should be treated as such.

Take a look at what Eric Hold had to say today:

U.S to Ban Profiling Based on National Origin, Religion, Gender, Sexual Orientation

Expanding a limited 2003 ban, the Justice Department will soon prohibit federal agents from profiling suspects based on national origin, religion, gender, and sexual orientation. The Bush administration's ban applied only to race, allowing federal agents to specifically target Muslims in terrorism cases and Latinos for immigration investigations.
From the New York Times:
President George W. Bush said in 2001 that racial profiling was wrong and promised "to end it in America." But that was before the terrorist attacks of Sept. 11. After those attacks, federal agents arrested and detained dozens of Muslim men who had no ties to terrorism. The government also began a program known as special registration, which required tens of thousands of Arab and Muslim men to register with the authorities because of their nationalities.
"Putting an end to this practice not only comports with the Constitution, it would put real teeth to the F.BI.'s claims that it wants better relationships with religious minorities," Hina Shamsi, a national security lawyer with the American Civil Liberties Union, told the Times.

But a critical part of the ban's expansion is still unknown. As it stands now, the prohibitions on racial profiling do not apply to cases involving national security, which has been an obvious cause for concern for Arab and Muslim rights groups. The rule also applies only to traffic stops and arrests, not surveillance.

"Adding religion and national origin is huge," Linda Sarsour, advocacy director for the National Network for Arab American Communities, told Times. "But if they don't close the national security loophole, then it's really irrelevant."

And local law enforcement groups, like the NYPD, will not be subject to the new regulations.

U.S. Attorney General Eric Holder revealed the changes to New York Mayor Bill de Blasio Wednesday night, according to government official who spoke with the Times.

Barack Obama And His DOJ's War On The Little Sisters Of The Poor

Catholic nuns forced to comply with contraception rule?

 Barack Obama And His DOJ's War On The Little Sisters Of The Poor

Published on Sep 24, 2013

The Little Sisters of the Poor are
an international Roman Catholic Congregation of women Religious founded in 1839 by St. Jeanne Jugan. They operate homes in 31 countries, where they provide loving care for over 13,000 needy elderly persons.

Although the Little Sisters' homes perform a religious ministry of caring for the elderly poor, they do not fall within the government's narrow exemption for "religious employers." Accordingly, beginning on January1, the Little Sisters will face IRS fines unless they violate their religion by hiring an insurer to provide their employees with contraceptives, sterilization, and abortion-inducing drugs.

Big Government vs. the Little Sisters of the Poor

As expected, the Obama Administration today asked the Supreme Court not to exempt Catholic groups from an ObamaCare requirement to offer contraceptive coverage, after
Justice Sonia Sotomayor gave them a temporary reprieve earlier this week.

That means that Catholic doctrine notwithstanding, President Obama and his minions want to enforce coverage which includes birth control pills and abortifacients for this person:

The Administration’s court filing comes in response to an emergency stay  issued late Tuesday, December 31 by Justice Sonia Sotomayor which prevented the government from enforcing the Mandate against the LittleSisters of the Poor Home for the Aged.

The Becket Fund for Religious Liberty, which is representing the nuns in the case, argue that since the Catholic Church strongly opposes birth control, any requirement which requires that they
 pay for it or their insurance coverage include it is a violation of the  Sisters’ religious liberties, as guaranteed by the First Amendment.

But the Justice Department, responding this morning before the 10 a.m. deadline imposed by Justice Sotomayor, reiterated its tired argument that the group has no foundation for its case.  The
Obama Administration contends that religious groups such as Little Sisters of the Poor can simply certify that they don’t want to provide contraception coverage, leaving it to a third-party provider (the
insurance plan) to decide whether to provide coverage.  The Administration’s response claims,

“Applicants have no legal basis to challenge the self  certification requirement or to complain that it involves them in the  process of providing contraceptive coverage.”

However, the Sisters have argued that even signing the certification form would violate their religious beliefs.

Mark Rienzi, senior counsel for the Becket Fund, said in a statement,

“The government demands that the Little Sisters of  the Poor sign a permission slip for abortion drugs and contraceptives, or pay millions in fines.  The Sisters believe that doing that violates their faith, and that they shouldn’t be forced to divert funds from the
poor, elderly and dying people they’ve devoted their lives to serve.”

Until now, the Obama Administration has insisted that only churches are entitled to an exemption—and  that the exemption does not extend to religious institutions such as social service agencies or schools.  The United States Conference of Catholic Bishops, in their March 2012 statement, listed three areas of concern with the Affordable Care Act: (1) the narrow definition of
“religious employers” that are exempted, (2) the “accommodation” of religious ministries excluded from that definition, and (3) the treatment of businesses run by people who seek to operate their
companies according to religious principles.

The USCCB has refused to comply.  In a fact sheet on the contraceptive mandate, the USCCB explained:
1. The mandate forces coverage of sterilization and abortion-inducing drugs and devices as well as contraception. Though commonly called the “contraceptive mandate,” the federal mandate also forces employers to sponsor and subsidize coverage of sterilization. And by including all drugs approved by the FDA for use as contraceptives, the mandate includes drugs that can induce abortion such as “Ella” (Ulipristal), a close cousin of the abortion pill RU-486.

2. The mandate does not exempt Catholic charities, schools, universities, or hospitals. These institutions are vital to the mission of the Church, but the Administration does not deem them “religious employers” deserving conscience protection because they do not “serve primarily persons who share the[ir] religious tenets.” The Administration denies these organizations religious freedom precisely because their religiously motivated purpose is to serve the common good of society—a purpose that government should encourage, not punish.

3. The mandate forces these institutions and others, against their conscience, to pay for and facilitate things they consider immoral. Under the mandate, the government forces religious insurers to write policies that violate their beliefs; forces religious employers and schools to subsidize and facilitate coverage that violates their beliefs; and forces conscientiously objecting employees and students to purchase coverage that violates their beliefs.

4. The federal mandate is much more sweeping than existing state mandates. Employers can generally avoid the contraceptive mandates in 28 states by self-insuring their prescription drug coverage, dropping that part of their coverage altogether, or opting for regulation under a federal law (ERISA) that pre-empts state law. The HHS mandate closes off all these avenues of relief.  HHS’ policy of mandating surgical sterilization coverage is reflected in only one state law, Vermont. HHS also chose as its model the narrowest state-level religious exemption, drafted by the ACLU and existing in only 3 states (New York, California, Oregon).

5. Many others have joined the Catholic bishops in speaking out against the mandate. Many recognize this as an assault on the broader principle of religious liberty, whether or not they agree with the Church on the underlying moral question. For example, at a February 2012 congressional hearing on this issue, testimony supporting the USCCB’s position was heard from the President of the Lutheran Church-Missouri Synod, a distinguished Orthodox rabbi, and officials and professors from several Protestant institutions of higher learning. The nation’s two  largest non-Catholic denomination, the Southern Baptist Convention, has strongly criticized the contraceptive mandate, as have leaders of the National Association of Evangelicals, Institutional Religious Freedom Alliance, Union of Orthodox Jewish Congregations of America, Evangelicals for Social Action, and the Council for Christian Colleges and Universities. An online declaration supporting the Church’s position has been signed by about 28,000 Catholic and non-Catholic women, including many health professionals, academics and businesswomen.

6. The rule that created the uproar has not changed at all, but was finalized as is. After its initial proposal of August 2011 was widely criticized across the political spectrum as an attack on religious freedom, the Administration announced its final rule of February 15, 2012 as a compromise. But in fact that rule finalizes the original proposal “without change.” So religious organizations dedicated to serving people of other faiths are still not exempt as “religious employers.”

7. The proposed “accommodation” is not a current rule, but a promise that comes due beyond the point of public accountability. On February 15, besides finalizing its mandate without change, HHS also announced it will develop more regulations to apply that mandate differently to “non-exempt, non-profit religious organizations”—the charities, schools, and hospitals that were left out of the “religious employer” exemption. The regulations for this “accommodation” will be developed during a one-year delay in enforcement, their impact not felt until after the November election.

8. In its March 21 Advance Notice, HHS makes it clear that even the “accommodation” will do nothing to help objecting insurers, objecting employers that are not “religious” as defined by HHS, or individuals. In its August 2011 comments, and many times since, the Catholic bishops’ conference identified all the stakeholders in the process whose religious freedom is threatened—all employers, insurers, and individuals, not only those who meet the government’s definition of religious employers.  It is now clear that all insurers, including self insurers, must provide the coverage; and almost all individuals who pay premiums (whether enrolled in an individual plan or an employer plan) have no escape from subsidizing that coverage. Only organizations identified as “religious” (to be defined by later regulation) may qualify for the “accommodation.”

9. Even religious charities, schools, and hospitals that do qualify for the “accommodation” will still be forced to violate their beliefs. The mandate will still be applied with full force to all employees of these “second-class-citizen” religious institutions, and to the employees’ dependents such as teenage children. While the Administration says employees will not pay an additional charge for this coverage, ultimately the funds to pay for it must come from the premium dollars of the employer and employees. And when these organizations provide any health coverage to their employees, that will be the trigger for having the objectionable coverage provided “automatically” to all these employees and their dependents — even if both employer and employee object to it.

There’s more.  You can access the full fact sheet and additional information regarding the HHS Mandate at the US Bishops’ website.

Fast And Furious And The Death Of Brian Terry...3 Years And Still No Justice, Just Cover-Up From Obama Administration

OFFICIAL BRIAN TERRY FOUNDATION WEBSITE: http://honorbrianterry.com/

Brian Terry's Family Still Searching for Answers 3 Years After His Death

The family of slain Border Patrol Agent Brian Terry is still searching for answers three years after his death. Terry was killed with weapons used in the botched gun-running program, Operation Fast and Furious.

His murder led to ATF official John Dodson blowing the whistle on the government-approved operation that allowed thousands of guns into Mexico, resulting in the death of countless of innocent victims.

The Terry family is appealing a ruling that they cannot sue the federal government over the program. His cousin, Robert Heyer said, “We know who in ATF and the U.S. attorney’s office were found negligent in putting this operation into place that resulted in the death of Brian Terry, but we still don’t know why.”

Attorney General Eric Holder was held in contempt of Congress for refusing to release documents on the operation. House Oversight Committee Chairman Darrell Issa (R-CA) said, “We still don’t know why we were lied to by the Department of Justice and why for 10 months they continued to push a false story about not letting guns walk.”

The House has sued to obtain documents that they believe may show false statements and a cover-up to Congress.

Heyer said, “We’ll go to bed with another prayer that no other American law enforcement officer will lose his life like Brian did because of the guns of Operation Fast and Furious.”

Brian Terry: Semper Fidelis & Honor First

Uploaded on Aug 1, 2011
The Brian A. Terry Memorial Act - HR 2668 - will honor the service and sacrifice of fallen Border Patrol Agent Terry, who died protecting Americans and securing the border on December 15, 2010. Semper Fidelis & Honor First.

The Border Patrol station in Bisbee, Ariz., will be renamed to honor the memory of agent Brian Terry who died December 15, 2010 after being shot in the line of duty. Rep. Darrell Issa (R-Calif.), Chairman of the Committee on Oversight and Government Reform, introduced the bill in the House of Representatives July 27.

Our nation's Border Patrol agents have a distinguished history of working to protect our borders. Agent Terry, who served our nation through his military service and his career with the Border Patrol, gave his life defending this country. Naming the Bisbee station in his honor recognizes his sacrifice, service and heroism," Issa said.

"In the past half-century, 70 U.S. Border Patrol agents -- including Agent Terry -- have been killed while protecting our nation," said Pia Carusone, chief of staff for Rep. Giffords (D-Ariz.), whose office worked with Issa on the legislation. "Congresswoman Giffords has led the fight for increased border security so Agent Terry and others will not have died in vain."

Terry's family issued a statement, saying, "From the very start, Brian loved his job as a Border Patrol agent and loved his fellow agents. The new Naco Station named in Brian's honor will serve as a lasting memory for all those who knew Brian."

In December 2010, Agent Terry was shot and killed while on patrol 14 miles north of the U.S.-Mexico border near Rio Rico, Ariz., during an armed confrontation with suspected criminals. Prior to joining the U.S. Border Patrol, Agent Terry served in the U.S. Marine Corps and served as a police officer in Michigan.

Agent Terry's murder is linked to Operation Fast and Furious, a reckless program where federal law enforcement agencies knowingly allowed the trafficking of illegally purchased weapons into Mexico, arming drug cartels. The Oversight and Government Reform Committee is conducting an ongoing investigation to determine which U.S. officials are responsible for creating and authorizing the deadly program.

The bill, H.R. 2668, the "Brian A. Terry Memorial Act," has 52 Democratic and Republican cosponsors including principal cosponsor Rep. Elijah Cummings (D-Md.), Ranking Member of the Oversight and Government Reform Committee.

The station, located at 2136 S. Naco Highway, is located in the district of Rep. Gabrielle Giffords (D-Ariz.) and is only the second border patrol station to be named for a fallen agent. The Border Patrol's Murrieta, Calif., station is named in honor of Agents Theodore L. Newton, Jr. and George F. Azrak, two agents killed on duty in 1967, by an earlier act authored by Rep. Issa.

C-SPAN's Susan Swain interviews CBS reporter Sharyl Attkisson on the 'Fast and Furious' gunwalker scandal involving US sale of guns to Mexican drug cartels. A US Border Agent was murdered with one of those guns.

CBS' Sharyl Attkisson Opens Up About Hacking To O'Reilly, Says 'I Think I Know' Who Did It

Published on Jun 17, 2013
June 17, 2013 - Full Interview - CBS News investigative reporter Sharyl Attkisson sat down with Bill O'Reilly tonight to talk about her recent revelation that her work and home computers were hacked. She described to O'Reilly how she noticed her computers starting up randomly at night, and while she did not say anything directly, she did acknowledge that she has a suspicion of who did it.

Attkisson told O'Reilly that while she was concerned about hackers getting access to her personal finances, that information was not compromised. She said the stories she was working on were Fast & Furious, a "green energy debacle" story, and Benghazi. O'Reilly couldn't help but notice how all of these stories were ones that painted the Obama administration in a negative light.

Attkisson said she got technical help before going to CBS with her concerns. O'Reilly noted the next thing to do is "sue somebody," and asked Attkisson who's under suspicion. Attkission explained she has attorneys advising her not to come forth with all that information. O'Reilly remarked, "I assume you have a suspicion." Attkission admitted, "Well, I think I know."

Another Deadly Scandal Hits The ATF/Eric Holder/Obama-"Deadly drug cartel shootout with Mexico police linked to "grenade-walking" scandal"

While we were focused on Obama holding the country hostage over the debt ceiling and the funding of the government, it seems another scandal was being exposed!  Kudos to a true reporter, Sharyl Attkisson.

CBS News has learned of a shocking link between a deadly drug cartel shootout with Mexican police last week and a controversial case in the U.S. The link is one of the grenades used in the violent fight, which killed three policemen and four cartel members and was captured on video by residents in the area.

According to a Justice Department "Significant Incident Report" filed Tuesday and obtained by CBS News, evidence connects one of the grenades to Jean Baptiste Kingery, an alleged firearms trafficker U.S. officials allowed to operate for years without arresting despite significant evidence that he was moving massive amounts of grenade parts and ammunition to Mexico's ruthless drug cartels.

The gun battle took place last week in Guadalajara. Authorities say five members of the Jalisco New Generation Cartel used at least nine firearms and ten hand grenades against Mexican police. If one of the grenades was supplied with the help of Kingery, as believed, it adds to the toll of lives taken with weapons trafficked by suspects U.S. officials watched but did not stop.

The Kingery case was overseen by the same Arizona U.S. Attorney and ATF office that let suspects traffic thousands of weapons to Mexican drug cartels in the operation dubbed Fast and Furious. The strategy was to try to get to the cartel kingpins, but it was halted after CBS News reported that Fast and Furious weapons were used by cartel thugs in the murder of Border Patrol agent Brian Terry on December 15, 2010. Weapons trafficked by other ATF suspects under surveillance were used two months later in the cartel murder of Immigration and Customs Agent Jaime Zapata in Mexico on February 15, 2011.

On Wednesday, ATF told CBS News it has "no information" about the Kingery connection to last week's gun battle in Mexico.

As CBS News previously reported, documents show ATF began watching Kingery in "2004 related to AK47 purchases" he was believed to be trafficking to Mexico.

HOW THEY VOTED

Bipartisan Resolution Passes 255-67, Including 17 Democrats

The U.S. House of Representatives has approved a resolution holding Attorney General Eric Holder in contempt of Congress over his refusal to produce Operation Fast and Furious documents subpoenaed last October.

 The vote on H.Res. 711, making a finding of contempt, was approved by a vote of 255 to 67.

 Seventeen Democrats crossed party lines to join the majority in the finding of contempt against Attorney General Eric Holder.

The House is also scheduled to vote later today on H.Res. 706, authorizing civil action in courts to compel production of subpoenaed documents.

House Oversight and Government Reform Committee Chairman Darrell Issa issued this statement following passage:
“My message to my colleagues and others who have fought for answers: We are still fighting for the truth and accountability – for the family of murdered Border Patrol Agent Brian Terry, for whistleblowers who have faced retaliation, and for countless victims of Operation Fast and Furious in Mexico. Unless President Obama relents to this bipartisan call for transparency and an end to the cover-up, our fight will move to the courts where we will prevail in getting the documents that the Justice Department and President Obama’s flawed assertion of executive privilege have denied the American people.”

Rep. Jason Chaffetz On Fast And Furious, "Where are the guts in this body to stand up and demand these documents be provided to Congress?"

May 9, 2012

Transcript of remarks:

Mr. Chaffetz: I want to quote President Obama in his first remarks as President of the United States.

He said, quote, "Transparency in the rule of law will be the touchstones of this presidency. I also hold myself as President to a new standard of openness. But the mere fact that you have the legal power to keep something secret does not mean you should always use it. The Freedom of Information Act is perhaps the most powerful instrument we have in making our government honest and transparent, and holding it accountable, and I expect members of my administration, not simply to live up to the letter, but also the spirit of the law. The government should not keep information confidential merely because public officials might be embarrassed by disclosure, because errors and failures might be revealed or because of speculative or abstract fears," end quote.

This country should be embarrassed by what's happening in fast and furious.

My challenge to members on both sides of the aisle is to stand up and have the integrity to say that we have a dead U.S. agent; we have a department of justice that lied to congress. Where are the guts in this body to stand up and say, "we're not going to put up with that." We're going to demand these documents be provided to the congress. We know because the inspector general within the Department of Justice has said they have 80,000 documents, they've given congress about 7,000 of those documents.

This is the test of principle, this is the test of integrity, and when you can't stand up and take on your own party, that's a lack of guts. This congress has got to stand up for itself, and demand that these documents be released.

I would encourage members on both sides of the aisle, at the very least, vote for this amendment.

I can't imagine any reason why anybody would deny the passage of this amendment. We're not going to allow taxpayer dollars to be used to lie to congress, unfortunately we have been lied to. That's the reason why we have to do this amendment. It's embarrassing that you have to even get to this point, but, madam chair, Brian Terry's family expected the integrity of -- expected, the integrity of this body demands and we cannot rest until we get to the bottom of that, regardless whether it's republican or democrat.

You can make the case that part of this started with President Bush, we don't know what's in these documents, but the separation of powers, it's imperative that we get to the bottom of this and that we hold people accountable. Not just the lowest level of people down at the A.T.F., they've been dismissed, they've been harassed, and thank goodness for those whistleblowers who stood up and did the right thing. But the senior level, the senior people in the department of justice, they have not been held accountable.

President Obama said in these remarks that he would. March 5, he went on Univision and promised that they would. It has not happened, and if we get stonewalling on the other side of the aisle, without your support, we will do a disservice to this country, we will do a disservice to this body and we will not get to the truth, and I promise you, when that becomes a republican president, I will stand with you and demand the openness and transparency that this body deserves. I've done it; I've challenged my own party, I have the guts, I have the fortitude to do the right thing. I urge passage of this amendment.

I appreciate Chairman Issa, Representative Gowdy, Mr. Gosar, Mr. Farenthold, there's so many people in this body. I appreciate my colleagues from South Carolina who are passionate about this issue. I encourage all members to vote in favor of this amendment and I yield back the balance of my time."

House Cuts Holder Justice Dept Salaries for Fast & Furious Stonewalling

House Cuts Holder Justice Dept Salaries for Fast & Furious Stonewalling

You can Learn More at www.FastAndFuriousInvestigation.com

In response to more than a year of Justice Department stonewalling Congress and the American people on Operation Fast and Furious, the U.S. House of Representatives today passed by voice vote an amendment cutting Justice Department salaries until they fully answer questions on the failed gunwalking program. Oversight Committee member Rep. Trey Gowdy (SC-4) sponsored the amendment, which cuts $1,000,000 from the Justice Department's General Administration fund and is part of the FY 2013 DoJ Appropriation.

Last week, Oversight Committee Chairman Darrell Issa circulated a briefing paper and draft contempt of Congress resolution against Attorney General Eric Holder for refusing to cooperate with the investigation of deadly Operation Fast and Furious.
“Congress has been patient – indeed too patient in my judgment – with the Department of Justice and its failure to comply with the lawful request for the production of documents,” said Rep. Gowdy.

The Vetting - Holder 1995: We Must 'Brainwash' People on Guns

Breitbart.com has uncovered video from 1995 of then-U.S. Attorney Eric Holder announcing a public campaign to "really brainwash people into thinking about guns in a vastly different way."

Holder was addressing the Woman's National Democratic Club. In his remarks, broadcast by CSPAN 2, he explained that he intended to use anti-smoking campaigns as his model to "change the hearts and minds of people in Washington, DC" about guns.

"What we need to do is change the way in which people think about guns, especially young people, and make it something that's not cool, that it's not acceptable, it's not hip to carry a gun anymore, in the way in which we changed our attitudes about cigarettes."

Holder added that he had asked advertising agencies in the nation's capital to assist by making anti-gun ads rather than commercials "that make me buy things that I don't really need." He had also approached local newspapers and television stations, he said, asking them to devote prime space and time, respectively, to his anti-gun campaign.

Local political leaders and celebrities, Holder said, including Mayor Marion Barry and Jesse Jackson, had been asked to help. In addition, he reported, he had asked the local school board to make the anti-gun message a part of "every day, every school, and every level."

Despite strict gun control efforts, Washington, DC was and remains one of the nation's most dangerous cities for gun violence, though crime has abated somewhat since the 1990s.

Holder went on to become Deputy Attorney General in the Clinton administration, and currently serves as Attorney General in the Obama Administration.

The video of Holder's remarks was uncovered by Breitbart.com contributor Charles C. Johnson.

Eric Holder & President Bill Clinton Pardoned Terrorists

Just a reminder of Eric Holder's Past.....for those that missed my earlier post about his ties to another cover up of the torture and murder of an innocent American citizen, you can learn more about that here.

Very revealing video. Now Eric Holder may well be positioning himself to release more terrorists, or at very least to use the civilian court system to attack the very tactics employed for keeping America free from attacks. Are we going to be right back in the cross hairs.

Eric Holder assisted Janet Reno during Waco, Ruby Ridge and Eliyan Gonzales, I venture to say that his focus is on a perspective that few

Americans share. Very few. Let your voice be heard, ask the White house, Senate and Congress call the Capitol switchboard now - (202) 224-3121 to quash the civillian hearing of our terrorists. We don't want to risk their release back into the general public.

How Eric Holder fixed the FALN pardons

By Michelle Malkin  •  January 9, 2009 10:18 AM

The Los Angeles Times, mirabile dictu, breaks from the Obamedia pack and does some digging into Attorney General nominee Eric Holders past history as a political fixer for the Puerto Rican FALN terrorists -Michelle Malkin
Attorney general nominee Eric H. Holder Jr. repeatedly pushed some of his subordinates at the Clinton Justice Department to drop their opposition to a controversial 1999 grant of clemency to 16 members of two violent Puerto Rican nationalist organizations, according to interviews and documents…
…President Clinton’s decision to commute prison terms caused an uproar at the time. Holder was called before Congress to explain his role but declined to answer numerous questions from angry lawmakers demanding to know why the Justice Department had not sided with the FBI, federal prosecutors and other law enforcement officials, who were vehemently opposed to the grants.
Some religious groups and influential individuals, including President Carter, had endorsed the commutations. But Clinton’s decision outraged law enforcement officials, who had tried to contain a bombing campaign in New York, Chicago and elsewhere in the 1970s and 1980s by groups seeking independence for Puerto Rico from the United States.
New interviews and an examination of previously undisclosed documents indicate that Holder played an active role in changing the position of the Justice Department on the commutations.
Holder instructed his staff at Justice’s Office of the Pardon Attorney to effectively replace the department’s original report recommending against any commutations, which had been sent to the White House in 1996, with one that favored clemency for at least half the prisoners, according to these interviews and documents.
And after Pardon Attorney Roger Adams resisted, Holder’s chief of staff instructed him to draft a neutral “options memo” instead, Adams said.
The options memo allowed Clinton to grant the commutations without appearing to go against the Justice Department’s wishes, Adams and his predecessor, Margaret Colgate Love, said in their first public comments on the case.
“I remember this well, because it was such a big deal to consider clemency for a group of people convicted of such heinous crimes,” said Adams, the agency’s top pardon lawyer from 1997 until 2008. He said he told Holder of his “strong opposition to any clemency in several internal memos and a draft report recommending denial” and in at least one face-to-face meeting. But each time Holder wasn’t satisfied, Adams said.
The 16 members of the FALN (the Spanish acronym for Armed Forces of National Liberation) and Los Macheteros had been convicted in Chicago and Hartford variously of bank robbery, possession of explosives and participating in a seditious conspiracy. Overall, the two groups had been linked by the FBI to more than 130 bombings, several armed robberies, six slayings and hundreds of injuries.

Eric Holder Implicated In Cover Up Of Murder Of Kenneth Trentadue In 1995

To help you understand the story behind the torture/murder of Kenneth Trentadue and how his murder has exposed a connection of the FBI to the Oklahoma City bombing and, at that time, Deputy Attorney General, Eric Holder's part in blocking any investigation into this murder.

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
OKLAHOMA STATE MEDICAL EXAMINER SPEAKING OUT AGAINST CLINTON-RENO JUSTICE
JULY 3, 1997, Interview with Oklahoma State Medical Examiner, Dr. Fred Jordan.  Dr. Jordan speaks out about the Clinton-Reno Justice Department's efforts to cover-up the torture-murder of Kenneth Trentadue.  This cover-up was referred to within the Justice Department as the 'Trentadue Mission.' Deputy Attorney General Eric Holder played a key role in the Trentadue Mission.  Mr. Holder was tasked with derailing a Senate Judiciary inquiry into Trentadue's murder by the FBI.
Dr. Fred B. Jordan, the Chief Medical Examiner of the state of Oklahoma, was stunned at the destruction of evidence by federal authorities and at the way federal officials blocked his office from carrying out required duties. In a memo to the file dated December 20, 1995, Dr. Jordan described his frustration over being stonewalled by top Department of Justice officials in Washington. He recorded that he confided to the Assistant U.S. Attorney in Oklahoma City that “I felt Mr. Trentadue had been abused and tortured.”
Two years later Dr. Jordan said on a Fox News Interview (July 3, 1997):
“I think it’s very likely he [Kenneth Trentadue] was murdered. I’m not able to prove it. I have temporarily classified the death as undetermined. You see a body covered with blood, removed from the room as Mr. Trentadue was, soaked in blood, covered with bruises, and you try to gain access to the scene and the government of the United States says no, you can’t.
“They [the federal government] continued to prohibit us from having access to the scene of his death, which is unheard of, until about five months later. When we went in [the cell] and luminoled, it lit up like a candle because blood was still present on the walls of the room after four or five months. But at that point we have no crime scene, so there are still questions about the death of Kenneth Trentadue that will never be answered because of the actions of the U.S. government.”
Dr. Jordan’s effort to do his job brought him under great pressure and harassment from federal authorities. Realizing his peril, on August 25, 1997, Dr. Jordan wrote to IRS Commissioner Margaret Richardson:
“The requirements of my job as chief Medical Examiner for the State of Oklahoma are currently bringing me into an uncomfortable juxtaposition with the United States Department of Justice. In order to protect myself from retribution, I would like information as to how to request a protective audit from your agency. By this, I simply mean a standard audit in order to avoid having your agency used to harass me as I proceed with my inquiries into a death that directly relates to the Federal Transfer Center in Oklahoma City.”
In a handwritten memo to his file dated October 22, 1997, of a telephone conversation with U.S. Senator Byron Dorgan (D, ND), Dr. Jordan recorded: “confirmed my feelings that the investigation was crippled, the decedent was at the least beaten, we haven’t found the truth and probably won’t, reiterated my lack of trust in the Fed. gov’t and the Dept of Justice in particular.”
Unable to secure from Dr. Jordan a ruling that Trentadue’s injuries were self-inflicted, the DOJ sought the cooperation of Dr. Bill Gormley, Armed Forces Institute of Pathology. Dr. Gormley came to the same conclusion as Dr. Jordan and came under the same pressures. In a memo to file dated May 30, 1997, Kevin Rowland, Chief Investigator in the Oklahoma Medical Examiner’s Office records a telephone call he had from Dr. Gormley:
“The basic purposes for his call was to 1-find out what they [DOJ] are up to because he was very suspicious, and 2-ask if I might be able to explain why they only wanted certain testimony from him, since he told them that we had already given them the truth. He was troubled that they only seemed interested in him saying it might be possible these injuries are self-inflicted.”
Senator Orrin Hatch (R, UT) threatened the DOJ with Senate Judiciary Hearings on the case. However, FBI documents (Dec. 5, 1997 and Jan. 28, 1998) indicate that FBI agents succeeded in pulling the wool over the eyes of Senator Don Nickles (R, OK) and using him to prevent Hatch’s investigation.
Federal harassment of, and accusations against, Dr. Jordan built to the point that on March 12, 1998, the Assistant Attorney General of Oklahoma, Patrick T. Crawley, wrote to the US Department of Justice:
“The real tragedy in this case appears to be the perversion of law through chicanery and the misuse of public trust under the guise of some aberrant form of federalism. In a succession of either illegal, negligent, or just plain stupid acts, your clients [FBI, DOJ, Bureau of Prisons] succeeded in derailing the medical examiner’s investigation and, thereby, may have obstructed justice in this case. As more and more information is revealed in this case, primarily through the efforts of Jesse Trentadue [lawyer brother of victim], it appears that your clients, and perhaps others within the Department of Justice, have been abusing the powers of their respective offices. If this is true, all Americans should be very frightened of your clients and the DOJ.”
Despite the protection of the Oklahoma Attorney General, sufficient pressure was brought against Dr. Jordan to cause him to abandon his position. On November 28, 2000, at the civil trial brought by Jesse Trentadue against the United States, Dr. Jordan was asked: “You didn’t find any evidence of beating or torture, did you?” He answered: “No, there is no evidence to substantiate beating or torture.”
Despite Dr. Jordan’s changed testimony, the presiding federal judge in the Trentadue civil suit saw enough evidence that much was amiss to award the Trentadue family $1.1 million for suffering harassment and intentional infliction of emotional distress by the federal government.
‘Fast & Furious’ Not Eric Holder’s First Controversy Involving the Murder of an American Citizen
October 10th, 2011
While some in the news media say Eric Holder’s involvement in the controversial ATF gun-running program known as Operation Fast and Furious is “only the tip of the iceberg,” Salt Lake City attorney Jesse Trentadue says he “was way ahead of the curve” in pointing out the attorney general’s involvement in shady activities.  He points to a scathing 4-page letter (PDF) he sent to Sen. Patrick Leahy (D-Vt.) Dec. 19, 2008, as proof.
You need to know that Eric Holder, now nominated to become Attorney General, played a key role in covering up the torture-murder of my brother, Kenneth Michael Trentadue.  You also need to know that Mr. Holder did this while serving as Deputy Attorney General and Acting Attorney General from 1997-2001.
This is not just my shocking opinion.  It is also the opinion of many Americans.  More importantly, it is supported by the Justice Department’s records and actions that came to light as a result of my family’s efforts to obtain a certain measure of justice for my brother’s murder.
Kenneth was killed in Oklahoma City in August of 1995.  My family has spent over 13 years investigating my brother’s gruesome murder, including bringing a wrongful death lawsuit in federal court in 1997.  In that case, the Justice Department hid and destroyed evidence that would have exposed my brother’s murders, and we believe that Mr. Holder was directly involved in those acts of obstruction of justice.
In a footnote appearing on page one of that letter, Trentadue noted the following:
Despite the destruction of evidence, the court awarded my family a $1 million judgment.  We have used that money to offer a $250,000 reward for the people who killed Kenney.  That offer is posted at:  www.kmtreward.com.  This site also contains the irrefutable evidence that my brother was murdered, which evidence was kept from us by the Justice Department.”
Trentadue’s letter continues:
To this day, however, despite the efforts of my family, numerous journalists, and Congress, the Justice Department has been able to hide this terrible story — and its culpability in the death of my brother Kenneth.  More importantly, then Deputy Attorney General Eric Holder was assigned to be the point man in blocking my family’s efforts to bring my brother Kenneth Trentadue’s murderers to justice.  Now, President-elect Barack Obama has nominated Eric Holder to be the new Attorney General.
The paper trail on Mr. Holder’s actions is scant.  However, e-mails and handwritten notes by those working under Mr. Holder in the Justice Department have surfaced.  These documents paint a clear picture of a wide-ranging and cynical scheme, run directly by Mr. Holder, to quash my family’s efforts to have my brother’s murder investigated, and to deflect congressional oversight and media attention from the shocking circumstances of his death.
 According to these documents, a significant part of this plan involved Mr. Holder convincing Congress not to inquire into my brother’s murder.  The plan called for Mr. Holder to meet with Senator Hatch on October 9, 1997, just prior to the Justice Department’s issuance of a Press Release announcing that the federal grand jury supposedly “investigating” my brother’s murder had failed to charge anyone with this crime.
The stated purpose of this meeting between Mr. Holder and Senator Hatch was to defuse Judiciary Committee oversight and media inquiry into the circumstances of my brother’s death.  In fact, one e-mail states that “we ain’t looking for press on this.  Hill takes priority.”
But that meeting apparently did not go as planned by Mr. Holder, because the next day, October 10, 1997, Senator Hatch gave an exclusive interview to Fox News in which he spoke out against the results of the grand jury and the Justice Department’s handling of the case.
Rather than share Trentadue’s summary of what Sen. Orrin Hatch (R-Utah), told Fox News during the interview Oct. 10, 1997, I offer video (below) of the interview itself.
Did you catch that?  Senator Hatch said, “There’s a lot wrong with this case.” Not surprisingly, Jesse Trentadue agrees and points anyone willing to listen to the remaining content of his letter to Senator Leahy (PDF) before noting the following:
Judiciary Letter To Sen. Pat Leahy Regarding Eric Holder Cover Up Of Murder Of Kenneth Trentadue
Fast & Furious is only the “tip of the iceberg”;
Two U.S. Border Patrol agents are dead;
The Oklahoma City Bombing is the “iceberg”; and
168 bombing victims, plus his brother Kenneth Trentadue, are dead.
UPDATE 12/03/11 at 1:03 p.m. Central:  Story picked up by Andrew Breitbart’s BigGovernment.com.
UPDATE 12/03/11 at 2:25 p.m. Central:  Trentedue tells me that the reward mentioned in his letter expired without anyone claiming it.   “That tells me that some very powerful people were involved in my brother’s murder and the cover up of that crime!” he said.
Attorney General Holder Tied to OKC Bombers
With a past such as this, how can Eric Holder be entrusted to hold ANY office in the United States of America? This story has been swept under the carpet but needs to be brought back out into the light of day. Attorney General Eric Holder must be held to account. Justice must be served in the obvious cover-up of the apparent torture and murder (that was originally ruled a suicide) of  Kenny Trentadue, a government informant, in Oklahoma City.
Implications in this case point fingers at the FBI and DOJ as being participants in the Oklahoma City bombing.  According to American Free Press:
Eric Holder, current attorney general of the United States, managed an FBI operation that provided explosives to Timothy McVeigh and Terry Nichols just prior to the bombing of the Alfred P. Murrah Building in Oklahoma City on April 19, 1995, according to official documents released during the ongoing investigation into government foreknowledge of the supposed terrorist attack.
According to the documentation provided in the Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) lawsuit brought against the Department of Justice by Salt Lake City attorney Jesse Trentadue, the Oklahoma City bombing had aspects of being an FBI sting operation that went out of control. Holder had authorized the FBI to provide explosives to Nichols and McVeigh, then lost track of both the explosives and their targets. McVeigh went on to detonate some of the explosives outside the federal building, an act that was designed to help anti-terrorism legislation pass Congress. But an additional case of explosives was unaccounted for.
After the bombing, when the FBI learned the location of the explosives, Holder reportedly sent emails to FBI agents ordering them to recover the explosives before they could be found by some other branch of the government. FBI agents failed to spot the additional, unexploded explosives during an initial search of Nichols’s home and offered to spare him the death penalty if he would help them recover them.
The case of explosives was, however, recovered by another law enforcement agency and was later determined to have the incriminating  fingerprints of two FBI agents, as well as fingerprints of McVeigh and Nichols.
Shortly after the bombing, Kenneth Trentadue, a government informant, was murdered in his prison cell. His family has been pursuing legal action against the federal government ever since.
In 2001, in a bid to avoid a full release of documents, the Federal Bureau of Prisons paid a settlement of $1.1 million to several members of Trentadue’s family, but his brother refused to drop the investigation and filed a FOIA lawsuit for the missing documents. That suit has been ongoing in the Salt Lake City federal courthouse.
