Sean Hannity vs. Muslim Cleric Anjem Choudary - 02/02/11
Hannity repeatedly tried to get Choudary to answer direct questions about what he believes, and every time, Choudary avoided giving direct answers and tried to launch into his own agenda. Hannity confronted him with his beliefs about Sharia Law, and his support for Osama bin Laden.
At the end of the exchange, Hannity told Choudary: “You’re one sick, miserable, evil S.O.B.”

I understand Mr. Hannity was trying to quickly get to his point BUT Mr. Choudary was too. I believe Mr. Choudary was trying to say that Sharia law is often time misapplied. Trust me, I do NOT want Sharia law and would do anything I could (within all legal means) to see to it that it was expunged from any country. I believe it is oppressive. I am a very devout Christian living in an Arab/Muslim land which does not have Sharia law (thank God for that). BUT people must live under law, moral law that provides freedom, liberty and justice for all it's citizens. No one has the right to take another's life no matter how much they have stayed form the proper way. God gave us the 10 Commandments and they are the basis of all law, love the Lord your God with all your heart, soul and mind and love they neighbor as thyself, all other lies are tied to this. God IS love and He desires that we not only love Him but each other. Love requires respect, let's respect each others differences and live together in peace!
ReplyDeleteWhat is there to comment on? The evil, miserable, SOB didn't answer one question up front. He did say that non believers would not be killed (directly opposite of what the koran says) but would be able to live under sharia law and have all their basic needs met?!?!Yeah, right, I believe that load of horsemanure.
