. @BarackObama sent 7 security guards to #WWIIMemorial this AM to keep out our vets. Sadly, that is 2 more than were present in Benghazi.
— Senator Rand Paul (@SenRandPaul) October 2, 2013
Sen. Rand Paul (R-KY) on Wednesday again criticized President Barack
Obama over the closure of the World War II Memorial in Washington, D.C. Paul wrote a tweet contrasting the number of guards at the memorial
with the alleged lack of security at the U.S. consulate in Benghazi,
Libya, where four people were killed in a deadly attack last year. Appearing on Fox News Tuesday night, Paul cited the memorial closure
to accuse the Obama administration of playing a "parlor game" with the
government shutdown. "Some idiot in the government sent goons out there to set up barricades so they couldn't see the monument," Paul told host Sean Hannity. "People
had to spend hours setting up barricades where there are never
barricades, to prevent people from seeing the World War II monument,
because they're trying to play a charade."
"I recorded this video a couple of weeks ago. It is my message to America. In it, I attempt to explain the global implications of the upcoming US elections.
This election is the most crucial in modern American history. It is not primarily about jobs and economics, it is about national security and, to be blunt, national survival.
America, and indeed the entire Western World, faces destruction if communist sympathizer Barack Obama is returned to office.
This video is being distributed all over the United States. Please watch it, and if you agree with the basic ideas expressed, send it out through your networks, to as many people as you can, conservative, liberal, undecided, it doesn’t matter.
Sometimes it takes an outside view to clarify important matters. I hope this message will serve that purpose.
From a very grateful New Zealander."
Political author and researcher Trevor Loudon presents key findings from
his extensive research -- identifying President Obama's inner circle of
friends, socialist supporters, and the mentors who dramatically
influenced his political perspective. His findings are eye-opening
because the mainstream media has consistently refused to inform the
American public about Barack Obama's motivations and underlying
ideology. With the approaching 2012 elections, it is critically important that voters have a clear understanding of what they can expect if he is re-elected.
Mr.
Loudon describes himself as, "... a political researcher from
Christchurch, New Zealand. "I believe in freedom with responsibility,
not freedom from responsibility. My ideal society is one in which
government is confined to protecting its citizens from criminals and
external enemies. I believe in working with all those who are moving in
broadly the same direction."
Russia's Nikita Khrushchev once
threatened the USA with "We will bury you." This victory would occur
without firing a shot because the working class of America would become
Communists and replace Capitalism. That prophecy is now being fulfilled by President Barack Obama, according to Mr. Loudon.
According
to Glenn Beck, "Trevor Loudon does the job that few in the media ever
attempt. This eye-opening book is proof that one person really can make a
difference, especially when they have no agenda other than finding the
truth."

The GOP's demand for all White House communications on Solyndra covers President Barack Obama's personal BlackBerry messages too, Rep. Cliff Stearns said Thursday.
The Florida Republican said he made the precedent-setting request to White House Counsel Kathryn Ruemmler on Wednesday after newly released emails showed that warning flags about the California solar company’s shaky finances had reached into the president’s inner circle, including senior adviser Valerie Jarrett.
"We asked for all communications between the president, the White House and Solyndra,” Stearns said. “So if there's nothing on his BlackBerry, that's fine. But if there's something on his BlackBerry, I would assume that would include that.
"I don't know how that technically works," Stearns added of his unusual request. "But we've asked for them, so we're hopeful we'll get some response."
Obama fought his lawyers early in his term to become the first president to use a BlackBerry. He's said he uses it to keep in touch with a small circle of people — and so far, there has been no successful attempt to make any of the messages public
Stearns’s request is the latest move in an escalating and increasingly personal battle with the White House over Solyndra.
During his news conference Thursday, Obama singled out Stearns’s statement earlier this week to NPR that “we can't compete with China to make solar panels and wind turbines.”
“I don’t buy that,” Obama said. “I’m not going to surrender to other countries technical leads that could determine whether or not we’re going to have a strong middle class in this country.” "I was a little puzzled to see the president single me out," Stearns replied Thursday when asked about his moment in the presidential spotlight.
Stearns’s office also released a statement pushing back at Obama.
“If President Obama believes that we should borrow billions of dollars from China to subsidize American businesses trying to compete with China then he doesn’t understand this country’s economic system," Stearns said.
10/9/2011 Congressman Darrell Issa appeared with Chris Wallace today to discuss where he is with the investigation into Fast and Furious. Congressman Issa indicated that the next phase of the investigation will include subpoenas of Eric Holder and others in the DOJ.
Congressman Issa also indicated there's more they are investigating in the DOE Loan Program as well. This is after the DOE loaned $537M to a solar energy company, Solyndra and it declared bankruptcy August 2011. Solyndra received federal help in 2009 and never turned a profit. In March 2010, PriceWaterhouseCoopers raised questions about the company's solvency. The next month, a White House Office of Management and Budget staffer worried that the Department of Energy "has one loan to monitor and they seem completely oblivious." Another said it was "terrifying" to consider that some of DOE's next projects would make Solyndra look "better."
President Obama repeatedly asked members of Congress to pass the American Jobs Act last week. But when no Democrat filed Obama’s bill after he presented it to Congress, a conservative Congressman swiped the name for his own legislation.
September 14, 2011
Washington - Rep. Louie Gohmert (TX-01) released the following statement today after introducing the “American Jobs Act of 2011” which will create jobs by taking the corporate tax rate to zero.
“We have heard a lot of rhetoric about job creation from President Obama over the last several days. After waiting to see what the President would actually put into legislative language, and then waiting to see if anybody would actually introduce the President’s bill in the House, today I took the initiative and introduced the 'American Jobs Act of 2011.' It is a very simple bill, which will eliminate the corporate tax which serves as a tariff that our American companies pay on goods they produce here in America.
This bill will actually create jobs in America. Right now, American manufacturing jobs are shipped overseas. What is really insidious about this tax is that corporate taxes are paid by the consumer – built in to the cost of the good or service. Corporate taxes are paid for by people in the form of lower wages to American workers and less money paid out in dividends in everything from 401K retirement accounts and to those who would risk their capital in business ventures. This type of capital investment is where jobs come from.
Unlike President Obama’s bill, which clocks in at 155 pages, the 'American Jobs Act' is only two pages. The American people want to see jobs and economic growth and this bill guarantees that outcome. America would instantly become a safe haven for businesses resulting in an explosion in revenue increases. If we really want to create jobs and grow the economy, we must pass ‘The American Jobs Act’ now.”
The Liar in Chief doing what he does best.....LYING to American citizens!
In his own words...what else do you need to prove this man is incapable of being honest to the citizens of this country? He's an opportunist that will say whatever he needs to say to hide his true agenda. He is the most dangerous President in the history of this country.
Washington, DC --(AmmoLand.com)- Data released by the FBI’s National Instant Criminal Background Check System (NICS) for the year reported 14,033,824 NICS Checks for the year of 2009, a 10 percent increase in gun purchases from the 12,709,023 reported in 2008.
So far that is roughly 14,000,000+ guns bought last year!
The total is probably more as many NICS background checks cover the purchase of more than one gun at a time by individuals.
To put it in perspective that is more guns than the combined active armies of the top 21 countries in the world. countries by number of troops
Of the NICS background checks preformed less than and average .005% were denied, showing, overwhelmingly, that law abiding American citizens are the ones buying guns and that criminals are getting their guns elsewhere.
14,033,824,000 billions rounds of Ammo
Assuming each gun buyer bought 1000 rounds of ammo for each purchase, and you and I know that it is way, way more than that, that would be easily 14,033,824,000+ billions rounds of ammo fired by USA gun owners.
What percent of people were killed or injured by this ammo…it is just to infinitesimally small for me to calculate?
Crime At Record Lows
This record year in firearms background checks show that Americans are solidly in-favor of exercising their civil right to Keep and Bear Arms.
In a year were crime has reached an all time record low what is plainly clear is that more guns equal LESS CRIME!

Glenn Beck has been saying for quite some time that Cass Sunstein is one of the most dangerous associates of President Obama. The following are some articles and videos of Cass Sunstein and Richard Thaler that explain their "nudge" theory and how it can be applied to force people to make decisions THEY think YOU should make.
Meet Richard Thaler~the coauthor of "Nudge"~ RICHARD THALER BIO: Richard Thaler bio:
Books
Thaler has written a number of books intended for a lay reader on the subject of behavioral finance, including Quasi-rational Economics and The Winner's Curse, the latter of which contains many of his Anomalies columns revised and adapted for a popular audience.
Most recently Thaler is coauthor, with Cass R. Sunstein, of Nudge: Improving Decisions About Health, Wealth, and Happiness (Yale University Press, 2008). Nudge discusses how public and private organizations can help people make better choices in their daily lives. "People often make poor choices - and look back at them with bafflement!" Thaler and Sunstein write. "We do this because as human beings, we all are susceptible to a wide array of routine biases that can lead to an equally wide array of embarrassing blunders in education, personal finance, health care, mortgages and credit cards, happiness, and even the planet itself." Thaler and his co-author coined the term choice architect.
Other writings:
Thaler gained some attention in the field of economics for publishing a regular column in the Journal of Economic Perspectives from 1987 to 1990 titled Anomalies, in which he documented individual instances of economic behavior that seemed to violate traditional microeconomic theory.
In one of his most recent papers, Thaler and colleagues analyzed the choices of contestants appearing in the popular TV game show Deal or No Deal and found support for behavioralists' claims of path-dependent risk attitudes.
As a columnist for the New York Times News Service, Thaler has begun a series of economic solutions for some of America's financial woes, beginning with "Selling parts of the radio spectrum could help pare US deficit," with references to Thomas Hazlett's ideas for reform of the FCC and making television broadcast frequency available for improving wireless technology, reducing costs, and generating revenue for the US government.
This video is from the Scientific Council for Government Policy Conference held September 11, 2010. The Government as Choice Architect?
Public Policy Nudges: the Government as Choice Architect by Richard Thaler
The following are some interesting excerpts from the video:
"The approach Cass & I take are what we call "Libertarian Paternalism" or "Liberal Paternalism." "At least in the US, both halves of this are unpopular." "Why do we combine 2 unpopular contradictory terms and write a book about that?"
"We think when combined, the terms are both compatible and maybe even lovable"
9:20 of the video~"So by Libertarian or liberal all we mean is we try to devise policies that maintain freedom of choice. "So we don't tell people you must do this or you must not do that." "We try to give them a choice."
9:50 of the video~"By Paternalism, we simply mean devising policies that are aimed at making people better off as judged by themselves so it's not that Cass and I think we know best for other people or that we think Barack Obama or David Cameron know what's best for other people. We think we can help people make the choices that they would make if they had all the information and time necessary to make a good choice."
10:30 of the video~"How do we do it? We do it using "CHOICE ARCHITECTURE" which is a phrase we coined while writing this book."
10:45 of the video~"So what is CHOICE ARCHITECTURE?" A choice architect is anyone who designs an environment in which choices are made."
16:38~What is a 'NUDGE'?" "Some small feature of the environment that attracts our attention and influences our behavior. Now it's important to stress that nudges work on humans but not on econs. Econs choose optimally without nudges but humans sometimes need a nudge."
*****~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~*****
The following is an article that was written in 2008:
Nudge, nudge: meet the Cameroons’ new guru
The economist Richard Thaler — a favourite of the Cameron and Obama camps — talks to James Forsyth about the power of ‘nudging’: small transformative acts of persuasion
No one likes to be pushed, prodded or shoved. But no one objects to a nudge in the right direction. The idea that people can be nudged into making better choices is the brainchild of Richard Thaler and Cass Sunstein, two whip-smart University of Chicago academics. The two professors see nudging as the ‘real third way’, an alternative to both government regulation and laissez-faire liberalism. The idea is the new big thing; the two politicians of the moment — Barack Obama and David Cameron — are both keen on it.
Thaler and Sunstein, though, have no more discovered nudging than Benjamin Franklin discovered electricity. Thaler, who is currently in London teaching a summer school and having his brain picked by Conservative high command, gladly admitted to me that nudging was as old as time, quipping that ‘religion at its best is all about nudging’. But what Thaler and Sunstein have drafted is a guide to how the power of nudging can best be harnessed. In this ‘post-ideological’ age, this is something that politicians are eager to understand. Indeed, the Tories are so keen on Thaler’s ideas that George Osborne wrote an op-ed for the Guardian this week praising him and saying that Brown’s failure to appreciate his insights will lead to the PM losing power. There is also an away-day planned, where the shadow Cabinet will work with Thaler and other behavioural economists to develop policies.
A nudge can come in many forms. Sometimes it is about providing the consumer with more information. For instance, what Thaler — with a grin playing across his affable, intellectual features — calls ‘the new nudge Cameron’ might require shops that sell Chocolate Oranges at the counter to label them prominently with their calorific content, which should help more of us to make the right decision. Then there is the power of social norms; letting people know what other people do. Informing them that most of their peers are organ donors leads to more registered donors. Another kind of nudge is making the default option the more socially desirable option. One example of this advocated by Thaler and Sunstein in their book Nudge — and adopted by the Obama campaign, to which Thaler and Sunstein are informal advisers — is automatically enrolling people in a pension plan. Those who want to can still opt out, but the default position is that you contribute. Such schemes have been proven to raise the savings rate.
These nudges work as they chime with human nature; a gentle reminder can dissuade us from doing something we know we shouldn’t; we want to fit in and inertia is a powerful force. We understand these forces all too well. I complain to Thaler about how I still have the same mobile phone price plan as when I was at university and so now get stung with horrendous bills for making international and peak-time calls, yet the fact that I pay by direct debit means that I never get round to actually changing it. Thaler advises that direct debit is ‘the right way to save and the wrong way to pay’. He makes me feel a lot better about my own failure to update my phone plan by telling me that he and his wife had not cancelled their monthly NetFlix subscription despite being away for the summer. (The power of social norms, though, means that I now feel too relaxed for my financial good about my failure to move to a more efficient phone plan. I had been nudged back to where I started.)
Understanding why nudges work requires doing something quite difficult for an economist: jettisoning the idea of homo economicus. Thaler thinks that man never was a purely rational economic actor, that the idea was a ‘useful figment’. He explains the economist’s traditional belief in him as a way to make the discipline work: ‘Economics started to get mathematical in the 1940s and especially in the 1950s and when it got mathematical, the math got hard very quickly. The only way to make the math easy is to make the people very smart.’ Thaler thinks that economists under 40 accept that homo economicus is a flawed concept while those older than that cling to the old certainties. But this problem is self-correcting. With a hearty laugh, Thaler recalls Max Planck’s adage: ‘science marches on, funeral by funeral’.
This, perhaps, explains Brown’s lack of interest in Thaler’s thinking and behavioural economics more generally. He is both of the wrong generation and quite close to actually being homo economicus. Somehow one suspects that Brown does not have direct debits for a gym membership that he never uses or anything like that.
Thaler thinks the most potent of his ideas is complete electronic disclosure which he claims would ‘completely change the way we think about regulation’. Thaler gives the example of credit cards. Your card issuer would be obliged to send you two files each year, one explaining every charge they make — e.g. interest charged, late fees, currency conversion — while the other file would list every time you incurred a charge. This would lead, Thaler argues, to websites springing up telling us what credit card was actually best for us. The knowledge of how and when we had been charged would leave us forewarned and fore-armed. Thaler believes this would ‘eliminate the need for credit card regulation’. Politically, this allows you to square the circle: consumers would welcome the increased transparency while it would allow for the bonfire of regulation that business is always demanding and that politicians are always promising but never delivering.
The speed with which the nudge agenda has been adopted by both Cameron and Obama tells us that they are both pragmatists, not ideologues. For nudge is all about what works. Indeed, Thaler sees similarities between the Obama and Cameron campaigns, remarking that the Cameroons he has met remind him of Obama’s people in that they are ‘smart, curious and pragmatic’. Nudge also requires an appreciation of the limits of government. Thaler, who has known Obama since his Senate primary campaign, disputes the characterisation of Obama as a big-government-style liberal, saying that ‘deep down he is a pragmatist’, and arguing that ‘you can’t spend 10 years at the University of Chicago Law School, even part time, and not get an appreciation for markets. It is just not possible.’
Perhaps the reason Thaler’s work resonates so much with the Tories is that both are trying to achieve the same thing. Thaler says that he wants to ‘see how far we can go using classical liberalism in directions favoured by the Left’, which sounds awfully close to Oliver Letwin’s definition of Cameronism as taking ‘Conservative approaches to achieving progressive goals’. Maybe it is this that is the real third way.
The head of the government's so-called "nudge unit" has urged green businesses to publicise the immediate and fun benefits of their products instead of longer-term environmental gains if they want to drive environmentally friendly behaviour change among customers.
David Halpern, head of the Cabinet Office's Behavioural Insights Team, told delegates at Fiat's eco-driving event in London this week that people were more likely to adopt green practices such as more fuel-efficient driving if they could see the short-term benefits.
Speaking about both Fiat's eco-drive technology and behaviour change more generally, Halpern said humans naturally want instant gratification and as such are less attracted by long-term environmental or even financial gains.
"One of the dilemmas we have is that in our behaviour, we heavily discount all these future gains, particularly gains for others," he said. "A challenge facing designers [of eco-drive technology] is that saving the environment or saving a bit of money is not very salient. That it could be fun and people will get there faster is actually far more important, and that's a recurrent theme in many areas."
According to research from Fiat, fuel-efficient driving habits such as accelerating and braking more smoothly help reduce journey times.
Halpern also argued that focusing on how people's actions affect others could help drive positive behaviour change. For example, people would brake more smoothly if they thought about the fact that braking sharply could jolt other people in the car, or force the car behind to brake sharply.
"Often behavioural change doesn't only affect us, it has these externalities, these knock-on effects," he said.
Defending the wider behavioural economics or "nudge" theory from critics who warn it could lead to "nanny-state" policies, Halpern said it was crucial to ensure people feel in control of their actions.
The theory, which has helped shape David Cameron's "big society" agenda, is likely to become increasingly prevalent as the environmental demands on people to change their behaviour intensify.
"We're very aware, as we wrestle with these issues across a number of areas, that you also have to maintain legitimacy," he said. "And going forward, as we get on to more difficult issues it's absolutely essential that we maintain that by involving the public quite heavily."
For example, while Halpern agreed Fiat's existing eco-drive technology was not inherently unacceptable, he wondered if people might object if they were asked to compare their driving skills with other drivers.
"We need to keep the public with us, and they need to give us permission to do these kind of approaches," he said.
BusinessGreen has also learned that the Department for Transport (DfT) is in talks with Halpern's team to come up with ways of promoting eco-driving practices.
Speaking at the Fiat event, Rupert Furness, head of environment policy and delivery at DfT, said his department was trying to raise public awareness about eco driving and urged businesses to enroll their employees in subsidised "smarter driving" courses.
Consumer behaviour is an increasing concern for a wide range of businesses trying to cut their carbon footprints. Research has shown that it is not enough for some firms to solely change their products without asking their customers to also adapt.
It has led to campaigns such as Procter & Gamble's "turn to 30" advertisements, urging customers to wash their clothes at lower temperatures.

In a new twist in the fight over Arizona’s immigration law, Republican Gov. Jan Brewer on Tuesday asked a federal court to disallow foreign governments from joining the U.S. Department of Justice lawsuit to overturn the law.
The move comes in response to a 9th Circuit Court of Appeals ruling issued Monday, allowing nearly a dozen Latin American countries — Mexico, Argentina, Bolivia, Brazil, Costa Rica, Ecuador, El Salvador, Nicaragua, Paraguay, Peru and Chile — to submit friend-of-the-court briefs in Justice’s challenge to SB 1070, which Brewer signed into law in April and is considered one of the nation’s toughest immigration-enforcement measures.
“As do many citizens, I find it incredibly offensive that these foreign governments are using our court system to meddle in a domestic legal dispute and to oppose the rule of law,” the Republican governor said in a statement shortly after the state’s motion was filed Tuesday evening.
“What’s even more offensive is that this effort has been supported by the U.S. Department of Justice. American sovereignty begins in the U.S. Constitution and at the border,” she added. “I am confident the 9th Circuit will do the right thing and recognize foreign interference in U.S. legal proceedings and allow the State of Arizona to respond to their brief.”
Brewer and her supporters have said the state law is necessary because the federal government has failed to protect the border and enforce immigration laws. But the Justice Department — with strong backing from President Barack Obama — sued to block the Arizona law on constitutional grounds.
Responding to the suit, a federal judge in July put some of the most contested parts of the law on hold, including a provision that requires police officers to check the immigration status of individuals they stop for other offenses if there is “reasonable suspicion” they are in the country illegally.
Brewer, who has vowed to take the case to the Supreme Court, appealed the decision to the 9th Circuit Court, which will begin hearing arguments in San Francisco on Nov. 1, one day before the midterm elections. The Arizona law is a top political issue nationally. Cities from San Francisco and Seattle to Baltimore have joined a friend of the court brief opposing the Arizona law, while 11 states — including Texas, Florida and Nebraska — filed an amicus brief backing the law.
In July, more than 80 Republican members of Congress signed their names to an amicus brief filed by the conservative Immigration Reform Caucus. They included Sens. Jim DeMint of South Carolina, David Vitter of Louisiana and John Barrasso of Wyoming, and Reps. Lamar Smith of Texas, Steve King of Iowa and Trent Franks of Arizona.
Brewer’s motion should resonate among conservative legal scholars worried about giving foreign legal systems a voice in American jurisprudence. These concerns are a reaction to a school of legal thought arguing that American judges should look to foreign laws and courts for assistance in interpreting the U.S.
Constitution, particularly in regard to basic human rights issues. Supreme Court Justice Anthony M. Kennedy is arguably the leading spokesperson for this approach, as noted in a 2005 New Yorker profile.
The state of Arizona’s motion could also strike a chord with those on the right who are convinced that President Barack Obama (and Bill Clinton before him) want to make U.S. laws subordinate to international courts, particularly the International Criminal Court in The Hague. Under Clinton, the United States signed a treaty to join the court weeks before leaving office in January 2001, though the Senate never ratified his action. Months later, President George W. Bush pulled the United States out of the treaty, saying he worried foreign governments would try to prosecute U.S. troops for alleged war crimes.

ORGANIZING AROUND RACE? YOU MEAN LIKE YOUR FORCING REDISTRIBUTION OF WEALTH BASED ON RACE?
GRASSROOTS MOBILIZATION? YOU MEAN LIKE THE LEFT'S RESPONSE TO THE TEA PARTY...THAT IT'S A BUNCH OF WHITE PEOPLE THAT ARE RACISTS AND BIGOTS AS OPPOSED TO THE TRUTH THAT IT'S A DIVERSE GROUP OF "AMERICANS" THAT WANT LIMITED GOVERNMENT, PERSONAL RESPONSIBILITY, PRO-LIFE, AND FAIR TAXATION~I WOULD CALL THOSE PRINCIPLES AND VALUES AND I WOULD CERTAINLY CALL IT A GRASSROOTS MOBILIZATION. WHY DON'T YOU SHOW AS MUCH RESPECT AND APPRECIATION FOR THIS MOVEMENT AS YOU WOULD ANY OTHER MOVEMENT THAT CHALLENGES ITS GOVERNMENT?
3. "ONE OF THE INTERESTING THINGS THAT I DISCOVER IN MY JOURNEY TO DISCOVER WHAT MY IDENTITY IS AND WHO MY FATHER IS IS ALSO DISCOVERING UM AH SORT OF MY OWN FAITH WHICH IS NOT NECESSARILY A TRADITIONAL FAITH. I DON’T COME OUT OF AN INSTITUTIONALIZED RELIGIOUS SETTING."
NOT NECESSARILY A TRADITIONAL FAITH? I WOULD SAY THAT IS AN UNDERSTATEMENT! YOU ARE SO RIGHT..I WOULDN'T CALL BLACK LIBERATION THEOLOGY A TRADITIONAL FAITH. IT IS A FAITH THAT ESPOUSES RACISM AND DIVISIVENESS.
4."THE THE SENSE OF OF LIBERATION THAT IS EMBODIED IN THE AFRICAN HISTORICALLY AFRICAN CHURCH IS REALLY SOMETHING THAT MOVES ME DEEPLY AND I THINK IS PROBABLY THE MAIN PILLAR AROUND WHICH A LOT OF INTER CITIES COMMUNITIES ARE GOING TO BE BUILT AND REVEREND WRIGHT, MY PASTOR, WHO I SPEAK ABOUT IN THE CHAPTER OF THE BOOK I THINK REPRESENTS THE BEST OF WHAT THE BLACK CHURCH HAS TO OFFER."
WHILE I AM NOT BLACK, THUS CAN'T TRULY UNDERSTAND WHAT IT IS TO WALK IN YOUR SHOES, I CAN TELL YOU THAT MANY BLACKS ARE LIVING IN THE PAST AND HOLDING ON TO THE ANGER OF GENERATIONS OF THE PAST. FOR THE LAST 50 YEARS, AMERICA HAS FACED THE UGLINESS OF RACISM AND I CAN ASSURE YOU THAT MY GENERATION (I'M 53) AND MY CHILDREN AND GRANDCHILD HAVE NEVER JUDGED SOMEONE BY THEIR SKIN COLOR. ON THE CONTRARY, I BELIEVE THAT THIS COUNTRY HAS ATTEMPTED TO LEVEL THE PLAYING FIELD BY PROVIDING MINORITIES SPECIAL PRIVILEGES THAT I OR MY CHILDREN HAVE NOT HAD. WHETHER OR NOT MINORITIES TOOK ADVANTAGE OF ALL THE OPPORTUNITIES PRESENTED TO THEM, IS NOT THE WHITE PERSONS RESPONSIBILITY BUT THE RESPONSIBILITY THE BLACK FAMILIES.
AS FAR AS REV WRIGHT BEING THE BEST OF WHAT THE BLACK CHURCH HAS TO OFFER. THAT IS A SAD COMMENTARY FOR WHAT TYPE OF INDOCTRINATION THIS PRESIDENT FEELS IS IMPORTANT FOR BLACKS TODAY. THE ONLY THING THAT CAN COME OUT OF REVEREND WRIGHTS SERMONS IS HATE TOWARDS WHITES, JEWS AND AMERICA...THAT MR PRESIDENT WILL ONLY SERVE TO DIVIDE US...MAYBE THAT'S REALLY WHAT YOU WANT.
TRUTH BE TOLD, IT IS THE ENTITLEMENTS THAT THE DEMOCRATS WANT TO CONTINUE TO DANGLE IN FRONT OF MINORITIES THAT KEEP THEM DEPENDENT ON THE GOVERNMENT AND ENSLAVE THEM.
These guys live in Chicago and are life-long Dems. They have a blog that supported Scott Brown and now have been threatened with physical harm by moveon.org, the daily Kos and other Obama and Soros thugs...they have some interesting things to say that I think you would be interested in. This is an interview conducted on January 28, 2010 by Liz Stephans and Scott Baker of Breitbart.tv
From the Video: Hillbuzz.org: These are people (The Liberal Democrats) who hide their own identities while outing anonymous political bloggers, running photos of them, then heading over to Daily Kos to incite physical violence against them — where posts calling people RAAACISTS! are met with plans to “find out where they live”, “bloody their noses”, “beat them”, “get them fired.
**The following is is a very moving open letter from the bloggers of www.hillbuzz.org. to their readers about the financial, emotional and physical threat of harm they are dealing with. The threat is coming from Democrats that are unhappy with them for not supporting the Obama administration and coming out in support of Scott Brown for the Massachusetts Senate seat. Because they have taken this stand, they are under attack from the far left and have lost income, been threatened with physical harm and have had their personal information leaked with encouragement from the far left to go after them. They are learning first hand the wrath of not backing the Obama agenda. They are so disgusted with the current Democratic party, they are actively working to assist in the upcoming 2010 elections to actually unseat Dems and replace them with Conservatives or Republicans. They are far from Conservative Republicans...they are actually Hillary supporters, but they tell a very compelling story of the Chicago Thug Politics they have lived with in Chicago and that is now running the White House.

Why, in a time of high U.S. unemployment, is the Obama Administration seriously considering Rep. Luis Gutierrez's "Comprehensive Immigration Reform for America's Security and Prosperity" bill which would grant citizenship to up to 12 million illegal immigrants.
The answer has little to do with humanity, national security or prosperity.
It is all about power- raw socialist power. It is all about 8,000,000 more Democratic Party votes and the creation of a "governing coalition for the long term".
At the "progressive" America's Future Now! conference in Washington, DC on June 2, 2009, SEIU International Executive Vice President Eliseo Medina addressed attendees on the issue immigration reform.
Speaking of Latino voters, Medina said "when they voted in November, they voted overwhelmingly for progressive candidates. Barack Obama got two out of every three voters that showed up"
So I think there's two things that matter for the progressive community.
Number one, if we are to expand this electorate to win, the progressive community needs to solidly be on the side of immigrants, that we'll expand and solidify the progressive coalition for the future..."
When you are in the middle of a fight for your life you will remember who was there with you. And immigrants count on progressives to be able to do that.
Number two.
We reform the immigration laws, it puts 12 million people on the path to citizenship and eventually voters. Can you imagine if we have, even the same ratio, two out of three?
If we have eight million new voters who care about ...... and will be voting. We will be creating a governing coalition for the long term, not just for an election cycle.
There you have the strategy. Fight for the illegal immigrants, grant them citizenship, then exploit their gratitude in the form of votes to create a "governing coalition for the long term, not just for an election cycle.."
Who is Eliseo Medina?
As vice president of the radical SEIU, Medina has been the US's most effective immigration "reform" activist. His union, SEIU is also the major backer of the Gutierrez bill.
Selling the legalization of millions of illegal workers to the US labor movement has always been an uphill battle.
It was a huge turnaround in February 2000, when the AFL-CIO reversed its longstanding anti 'illegals' policy, calling for a new amnesty for millions of undocumented workers and the repeal of the 1986 law that criminalized hiring them.
Eliseo Medina was one of the chief instigators behind that resolution.
That fact is recognized by Democratic Socialists of America, the Marxist organization to which Medina has long belonged.
According to the DSA website;
Eliseo Medina is widely credited with playing a key role in the AFL-CIO's decision to adopt a new policy on immigration a few years ago, and was one of the organizers of the Immigrant Workers Freedom Bus Rides in 2003.
When Medina was honored by Chicago Democratic Socialists of America at their 2004 awards dinner, it was for his "vital role in the AFL-CIO's reassessment of its immigration policy".
Eliseo Medina, Carl Marx Shier, Chicago 2004
Had Eliseo Medina not turned around the AFL-CIO and had the SEIU not supported it, Congressman Gutierrez's bill would never have gotten off the ground.
Medina's first interaction with the the fore-runners of Democratic Socialists of America came in Chicago when, in 1969, he was sent by Cesar Chavez to lead the Chicago grape boycott campaign.
Medina came into contact with Carl Marx Shier, a member of the local Socialist Party of America chapter , later to be a key founder of the Democratic Socialists of America.
Shier connected Medina with the Chicago Labor movement, a decision that "propelled Medina’s success with both the grape boycott and his career".
In 2004 Eliseo Medina became a Democratic Socialists of America honorary chair.
In 2008, Eliseo Medina joined Barack Obama's National Latino Advisory Council, where he worked with DSA linked future Labor Secretary Hilda Solis, Luis Gutierrez and the co-sponsor of Gutierrez's immigration bill, the radical New York Congresswoman, Nydia Velasquez.
Luis Gutierrez is regarded in Chicago as one of Barack Obama's biggest supporters.
Eliseo Medina and Barack Obama , both have ties to Chicago Democratic Socialists of America, so it is not suprizing that Luis Gutierrez also has "connections".
When Luis Gutierrez ran for Congress in 1998, Democratic Socialists of America did not officially endorse any candidates, as they did Barack Obama in 1996.
But he was "recommended" as worthy of a vote, because of his membership of the DSA/Institute for Policy Studies created Congressional Progressive Caucus and for his support of Progressive Challenge-also a DSA/IPS "baby".
In the mid 1990s, Luis Gutierrez served on the board of Illinois Public Action alongside DSA members Ron Baiman and Quentin Young , DSA supporters Jan Schakowsky, David Orr and Tom Balanoff, Communist Party member Frank Lumpkin and Soviet front leader Alice Palmer.
Luis Gutierrez got his start in politics as an Chicago Alderman elected as part of the Harold Washington "movement". Washington was elected mayor of Chicago in 1983 by a coalition led by Chicago DSA and the Communist Party. It was Washington's election that inspired the young Barack Obama to move to Chicago - he even unsuccessfully applied for a job in the Washington administration.
In the late 1970s, early 1980s, Luis Gutierrez was one of the leading US members of the Puerto Rican Socialist Party.
Openly Marxist-Leninist, the PSP campaigned for Puerto Rican independence from the US. The organization maintained an unofficial "embassy' in Cuba and in the US was close to several revolutionary organizations including the terrorist Weather Underground Organization.
Gutierrez was able to use his contacts in the Chicago City government to to secure government funds for the PSP sponsored cultural center and for Party sponsored social services and ESL and GELD programs.
Incidentally, one of Eliseo Medina's comrades, DSA vice chair Jose LaLuz had also been a leading member of the Puerto Rican Socialist Party.
Jose laLuz, right at Chicago DSA's 1992 awards dinner
In January 1976, Jose LaLuz, representing the PSP Central Committee attended the Weather Underground organized "Hard Times" conference, at the University of Chicago. The conference unsuccessfully attempted to unify several radical groups into a new unified communist party.
In 2008, Jose LaLuz was Chairman of Latinos for Obama-a major Democratic Party effort to swing the Latino vote behind Obama.
LaLuz explained his tactics to the Communist Party's Peoples Weekly World September 19 2008;
"The Obama campaign is working in both New Mexico and Colorado, among other states, telling Latino voters about McCain’s terrible stands on the economy and about the horrible role Republicans have played and continue to play on immigration... “We are showing how the companies and outfits that exploit Latino workers are the people behind McCain,”
Between now and Election Day LaLuz said that the Obama campaign is registering voters in New Mexico and Colorado and developing lists of tens of thousands of Latino supporters for Obama. “Those lists will constitute the people we bring out on Election Day.”
In 1999, Congressman Luis Gutierrez was one of a small group who successfully lobbied President Clinton to pardon 14 imprisoned members of the Puerto Rican terrorist group the FALN.
In September 2007, controversy erupted in Chicago when it was discovered that Illinois governor Rod Blagojevich had hired Steven Guerra as an $120,000 deputy chief of staff for community services.
It turned out that Guerra had spent nearly two years in a federal prison for refusing a federal judge's order to testify before a grand jury investigating a wave of FALN bombings that terrorized Chicago and New York City in the 1970s and 1980s. Guerra chose to be convicted of contempt even though he was offered immunity from prosecution in exchange for his testimony.
Steven Guerra, center
A government informant had told investigators that Guerra was a member of FALN and recounted a June 1982 trip Guerra took to Puerto Rico to attend "a meeting of a cross section of terrorists." Guerra was identified at the meeting as "one of the leaders of the resistance in the United States..."
"The discussion at the meeting included detailed plans for the ambush of police officers and the destruction of dams through the use of explosives."
Steven Guerra had originally been hired by Chicago City in 2003, on the recommendation of Luis Gutierrez.
Defending Guerra, Congressman Gutierrez praised his longtime acquaintance who "made what he considered a principled decision, and he paid a heavy price for that decision." "I have known Steven for a long time. He is a good man who cares about making our state a better place to live," said Gutierrez.
The question is-will Gutierrez and Medina's plans to "reform' immigration make the United States of America a better place?
Is that even the intention?
Or are America's illegal immigrants merely pawns in a cynical scam to give Obama's Democrats and their Marxist allies indefinite power-a governing coalition for the long term?
What do 12 million human beings matter, when a socialist America is at stake?
The videos you are about to watch are an accounting of voter fraud, voter intimidation and a complete overthrow of our democracy by Obama's campaign, supporters and the media.
It is truly disturbing to hear it from other Democrats that the entire election process is in peril at the hands of a Radical Left-Wing philosophy that believes the "end justifies the means" and that the rules are not made for them.
GOD HELP US! PLEASE HELP US EXPOSE THIS FRAUD THAT PUTS THE VERY FOUNDATION OF OUR COUNTRY....THE POWER OF THE PEOPLE TO BE ABLE TO ELECT OFFICIALS WITHOUT FEAR OF FRAUD OR INTIMIDATION IN PERIL. WE MUST TIGHTEN THE ABSENTEE VOTING AND IT MUST BE MANDATORY THAT IF YOU WANT TO VOTE.....YOU MUST HAVE A STATE DRIVERS LICENSE OR ID!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
The following is taken from the "Clinton Dems"site....
At no time in the history of the Democratic party has a nominee so close in votes been strongarmed out of a race before the nominating convention. A fair and meaningful roll call vote at the convention is a right that every candidate has whether they have a million votes or 18 million. We are incensed that party insiders with the overt help of a biased media, shut down the democratic process before the convention.
Although Hillary Clinton was not chosen as the party’s nominee for President, Clinton Democrats around the country are still working to make sure our voices are heard.
Fraud at the DNC-run caucuses was rampant and reminded many of us how fragile a democracy can be. Please watch the following videos and distribute the links to everyone in your address book!
Lets get these out there!

Update: 7/11/10 Thank GOD Fox News finally reported on this documentary! Check out the segment from this morning with the director of the documentary, Gigi Gaston:
We must expose fraud and criminal activities with the Democratic party. It appears that the Left Wing Progressives within the Democratic Party have a lot in common with Joseph Stalin:
"It's not the people who vote that count.
It's the people who count the votes."~Josef Stalin
"You know, comrades," says Stalin, "that I think in regard to this: I consider it completely unimportant who in the party will vote, or how; but what is extraordinarily important is this — who will count the votes, and how."
David Horowitz Freedom Center Hosted the 15th annual Restoration Weekend November 19 - 22, 2009. The theme was "Defending Our Country and Our Culture."
You may be aware of much of the information discussed but it is still a great insight from someone that used to be a Radical in the 60's and 70's and an avowed Communist and someone from the Democratic Party that has the guts to take a stand against the corrupt and radical agenda of this administration.
Kudos to both of them for exposing these thugs (Obama followers) for what and who they really are. As Pat Caddell said, we must learn how to fight and open up our wallets to get the funds to the politicians that are true representatives of our belief system. If not, we will be left with nothing and the radicals will destroy this country.
The best explanation of what is happening to America that I have yet seen. This doesn't go far enough and misses the role of the Communist Party USA, Democratic Socialists of America, Institute of Policy Studies, Demos etc, but very good none the less.

Here's a copy of a recent article from a US Communist organizations website. After the article is a video of Andy Stern that mimics the same militant philosophy of the Communist Party:
Capitalism’s Failures and the Struggle Forward
By Scott Marshall
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Editor’s note: The following are excerpted remarks of Scott Marshall, Vice Chair, Communist Party USA to the 11th International meeting of communist and workers’ parties held in New Delhi, India, Nov. 19th, 2009. The meeting was hosted by the Communist Party of India and the Communist Party of India (Marxist).
In this terrible time of global economic crisis it is most timely that we seek ways to expand and broaden our slogan "workers and oppressed peoples of the world unite." While our slogan has been around for many generations, today it has more meaning than ever. Today global economic integration has reached new incredible levels. Today global finance capital roams the world pillaging and profiteering on a scale unimaginable in Marx's day.
First let me say a few words about how the crisis is affecting working people in the United States. Just this month the percentage of workers in our country who are long-term unemployed has reached levels not seen since the Great Depression of the 1930s. In the beginning stages of this crisis we were losing 700,000 jobs or more a month. Today, when some mainstream economists are declaring the recession over, when obscene banking profits are on the rise again, when the stock market is rising again, when finance capital is returning to its unregulated predatory ways with a vengeance, we are still losing around 200,000 jobs a month.
Among young people in the US the unemployed figures are staggering. In the age group of 16 to 24 only about 45 percent have jobs. And that number is much worse for African American, Latino and other racially and nationally oppressed youth. Racism in the US takes an even more terrible toll in this kind of an economic crisis. In the communities of the racially and nationally oppressed the crisis strikes with a particular violence and vengeance.
At the same time, experts who follow the housing markets, say that 2010 will see a whole new rash of home foreclosures with workers and their families being evicted and thrown into the streets. 40 million people are without health care and every month that number rises because in the US many people get their health care through their employer. In what is supposed to be the richest country in the world, because so much of the world's finance capital is centered there, hundreds of thousands of children go to school hungry every day. In many hard hit working class communities, the schools and medical clinics are crumbling and closing. The streets and bridges, the sewage and water systems, the basic infrastructures are neglected and decaying. And vital public services at all levels of government are being cut back and stopped.
The list of capitalism's failures in this crisis is very long. And of course we know that the crisis hits many in the developing world much harder than it hits the developed countries.
There are always two sides to the class struggle. Two major events are now turning the tide of working class struggle in a more militant and fighting direction in my country. The first is the rise of the movement that defeated the ultra-right Republican Party in the 2008 election and elected Barack Obama. That same movement also defeated many ultra-right members of the U.S. Congress. I know that internationally there are some mixed feelings about the role of president Barack Obama. Let me be clear, he is not a communist, he is not a socialist, and on some issues he is quite a moderate liberal. At the same time, after eight years of George Bush, the worst warmongering president and administration in US history, the election of Barack Obama opens a whole new terrain of struggle for the working class in the US and in the world. And after 30 years of vicious neoliberal attack on the US labor movement, on the working class and on the people's movements in the US, the election of Barack Obama opens the door for a whole new fight for economic justice, peace and equality.
Barack Obama, as I said, is no revolutionary – it’s true. But he doesn’t have to be a revolutionary to do some pretty important things to support labor and the working class. I won’t go into a whole domestic list but it is significant for those of us who work for a living in the US. He did inspire a movement and mobilize a broad coalition of democratic forces to defeat McCain and the ultra right. And, more importantly for our meeting here – he has taken some steps to curb some of the worst features of the international policies that he inherited from the previous administration. As on the domestic scene, in international affairs it will be the mobilization of the peoples forces and labor that will be decisive in shifting US policy even more – the left and the people’s forces had very little affect on the Bush administration –we can help move the Obama administration in a better direction.
The movement that elected Obama was, and continues to be, a broad coalition of social forces including even some sectors of capital. But at its heart is what we like to call the core social forces, the working class and its organized sector the labor movement, the racially and nationally oppressed, women, youth, and the gay rights movement.
The other major event that is helping to turn the tide was the September 2009 convention of the AFL-CIO, the largest labor federation in our country. I believe history will record that convention as a major turning point for our working class. This convention was the culmination of changes and developments that began in the mid-1990s. The AFL-CIO convention in 1995 was a major break with some of the worst features of class collaboration and the Cold War that began with the anti-Communist witchhunts of the early 1950s. In the mid ‘90’s the labor movement began to develop a more class struggle approach. After the '95 convention US labor began to develop its own independent political apparatus. It became more militant in the economic struggle. It increasingly began to see the global nature of capitalism. Further it even began to understand that the labor movement had to be more than just the defender of its own members, it had to become the voice and movement of the whole working class.
The 2009 Convention of the AFL-CIO, which I attended, deepened these trends and was remarkable in many ways.It elected a new leadership, more militant and more rooted in the fighting industrial union traditions of my country. Richard Trumka the new president comes out of the militant traditions of the mine workers union. On the day after his election at the convention he went straight to Wall Street and blasted the banking and insurance industries for causing the economic crisis both at home and abroad. He called for strong new regulatory steps to curb their reckless speculation and for breaking up those banks deemed “too big to fail.” The federation has vigorously pursued a “break up the big banks” policy and mobilized it’s member unions to fight for sharp new limits on finance capital. In another first for our labor movement the convention also elected two women, one African-American, to the other two top leadership positions of the AFL-CIO. There are way too many examples of labor’s new policies for me to list now but I would like to mention one that I think is important to our international movement and illustrates a new direction and new possibilities for international labor solidarity. I have with me a letter, well publicized in the labor press in the US from Richard Trumka to US Secretary of State Hillary Clinton. In it he says that the AFL-CIO believes that the coup government in Honduras to be totally illegitimate. The letter says the coup’s repression of the trade unions and democratic movements in Honduras make it impossible for there to be free and fair elections this November. And the letter strongly calls on the US State Department to stop all aid to Honduras until the coup is overturned and President Zelaya is returned to power. The letter also says that the position of the AFL-CIO was taken in consultation with the Honduran labor unions.
This is but one dramatic example of the new thinking in US labor on international questions. US labor also strongly opposes the wars and occupations in Iraq and Afghanistan. (And I should mention here that labor has unprecedented access to President Obama and can be a significant voice in helping to move him.) The convention also passed a resolution calling for an end to travel and monetary restrictions against Cuba and for better relations. These are examples of US labor breaking with the US State Department and US imperialism on international issues for the first time since the cold war began after World War II. We think this opens a whole new world of possibility for rebuilding and strengthening world labor and working class solidarity. And we think that Communist and Workers parties have a critical role to play in helping to take advantage of the new possibilities. It is really time for labor, on all sides of the old cold war political divide to reconsider and rethink labor unity.
Comrades, in our opinion the global economic crisis continues unabated. According to the World Bank and the International Monetary Fund the world nation’s produce somewhere in the neighborhood of $65 trillion in goods and services each year. At the same time, according to the International Bank of Settlements, over $515 trillion is speculated in derivatives, credit default swaps and similar forms of exotic finance schemes. Think of it – such incredible imbalance. It’s staggering – think of the stolen surplus value represented in this deadest of all parasitic finance capital. Think of the problems of the world’s people that could be solved with that kind of money.
We think it is also important to look at the splits in capital in this period. In the US there is growing evidence of splits between manufacturing capital and banking capital. This is not just splits between big and small business and may open up serious lines of attack for regulating and reigning in some of the most predatory practices of speculative finance capital around the world.
We have much to discuss and think about. But I would like to end with a paraphrase of something Fredrick Engels once said, “an ounce of actions is worth a pound of theory,” something to that effect. We are most interested in how our parties can play a concrete role in helping to bring about real organized struggle along the lines of “workers of the world unite.” This needs to begin with what we can do to help unite and broaden the global labor movement. Marx and Engels did not say, “Workers of the World – unite to share information.” It was clear that they meant workers of the world unite for struggle. How can we make that a reality in today’s real world. What are our first concrete steps. We hope our meeting and deliberations can move us closer to making it happen.
Andy Stern, the head of SEIU (Service Employees International Union), one of the largest labor unions in the United States, was on the record in this video using the same "Worker's of the world Unite" mantra used by the Communist Party for decades. Andy Stern also has been the "TOP VISITOR" to the WhiteHouse with 22 visits in just the first 6 months of this year. Is this who you want in charge of our healthcare? Is this who you want having the ear of the President of the United States? I see no difference between Andy Stern, SEIU, AFL-CIO, ACORN and all of the other associates of President Obama and the Communist Party. They are one in the same. They want to "Fundamentally Transform" The United States of America. Even though this article states that President Obama is not a Communist, it is apparent his agenda is fraught with a need to move this country to a Socialist, Marxist or Communist country. It is apparent he is against capitalism. It is apparent he is trying to "fundamentally transform" this great country into a socialist country.
Therefore, it is our duty to let him and all of the other Communists, Marxists and Socialists that have invaded Washington know that, we the people, will not stand by and see this wonderful country destroyed. We must show up at the voting booths in November 2010 and vote these thugs out of office. If they want to live in a socialist society, I suggest they go find a socialist country that better suits them and MOVE!!!! We will even buy them a ONE-WAY TICKET TO THEIR PARADISE!!!!
